One of Leslie rugby's key products is custom designed rugby Kit with team colours and design differing for every player. ZeDDD has worked with Leslie rugby to develop a ruby uniform design tool that allows customers to select their own design and colours as well as place their order for each person in their team. ZeDDD worked with Leslie Rugby's team to develop a Desktop Application for managing calls to customers, It logs their dates and can schedule future actions with a calendar to reminder as well as run call reports. The application was developed around the structure of teams and their Leslies call requirements rather than buying an existing CRM application. The application is used constantly by the sales staff and can be accessed from anywhere to update customer information via the web.

 

Online Booking system

Leslie rugby runs training clinics for 1000's of kids around the country which involves a lot of organisation and co-ordination. ZeDDD developed an online application that provided Leslie Staff to load in upcoming Clinics and set numbers, then The application handles the bookings and provides customers a way to sign up and get all the information required. Then Leslie staff can down load reports of who is attending with signed conditions from each participant. There are a complex variety of configurations that SwingThru supplied and so ZeDDD worked with them to produce an online system that could demonstrate each model then allow customers to set up their own specification for using as the basis of a quotation.
